Yes. We manage the entire permitting process — drawing submissions, zoning compliance checks, coordination with Toronto Building, and all required inspections. Most clients never need to visit a permit office.

Fixed-price contracts are available on projects with completed design drawings and a finalized scope of work. For projects still in design, we offer a phased approach — fixed price for construction once drawings are finalized.

It depends on scale. A standard commercial tenant fit-out (5,000–15,000 sq ft) typically runs 10–16 weeks. A ground-up commercial build will range from 10 to 24 months. We provide a detailed schedule with milestones at the proposal stage.

We primarily build in Toronto and the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, and Brampton. For large-scale projects, we also take on work across Ontario.

Over 80% of our workforce is in-house — carpenters, concrete formers, steel erectors, drywall installers, and site supervisors. We use vetted specialty subcontractors only for niche trades like glazing or elevator installation, and we manage them directly.
